Cancellations and Refunds
Curry Tours Pvt Ltd follows a very simple process in terms of cancellations and refunds. We remain transparent and flexible as below.- Cancellations needs to be communicated on email only. Actual cancellation charges may differ on case to case basis and depend upon the hotel’s booking and guarantee policy, transporters, guides and other principals involved in the tour plan.
- Under situations where flights and trains get canceled / delayed / rescheduled due to bad weather conditions or due to some unavoidable circumstances like natural hazards, breakdown of transport, machinery or equipment, accidents, weather, illness, political closures, landslides or any untoward incidents, we will discuss with you and advice you the best possible alternate program to decide and confirm.
- Incase changes are made while on tour, we would be charging for all additional services including hotels as per the new tour plan.
- There will be No refund for any unutilized or partly utilized services of any nature.
Once a booking has been guaranteed by Curry Tours under the authorization by the clients and is cancelled, client is liable to pay for whatever cancellation charges are levied by hotels and other service providers in that booking. If services have been prepaid by us as per the booking conditions of the hotels or any other vendor, there would be no refund on that part unless the hotel or vendor waives off the cancellation charges.
Please note that our cancellation policy is majorly guided by the hotels / suppliers and in unusual situations they do support us in modifying their terms and conditions on a case to case basis, also try and waive off the cancellation charges applicable if any and accordingly we extend the benefits to the customers. However, it is recommended that appropriate insurance policy is taken by the guests which covers such eventuality.
